Same here. However, we do get holiday pay for Mardi Gras!

It's ironic. The company I work for doesn't give holiday pay for religious holidays. But Mardi Gras was originally a celebration based around a religious belief. Go figure.

And in other news, I just shipped Mini-Me (my 15 yr old daughter for those who don't keep up) off with her dad. She was eating and the next thing I know she's crying, saying her tooth hurts. I called work, but since was 2 hours until time I needed to be there, I couldn't get someone to fill my shift so close to time. Unfortunately a toothache doesn't equal an emergency so I had to call the sperm donor to take her to either ER or an after hour clinic so she could get some antibiotics and something for the pain. She chipped a tooth a couple of weeks ago and I'm almost sure it's caused an absess.

Mini-Me has a low tolerance for pain, but she rarely cries even when in pain. She was crying so bad.....I hurt for her.

I know. I've suffered through alot of toothaches since childhood so I know the pain she's going through. It's her first toothache too.

The sperm donor just called and told me he gave her a Loratab 5 that he had from his house and I almost lost it because I've already given her tylenol here and I don't know how her system's going to react. He's such a fucking retard. Even Mini-Me told him I had given her tylenol not too long ago but he made her take it anyway. Grrrr..... I told him to tell the doc what he done when they get there. If he's smart he will. I know mixing the two with me doesn't have any bad effect but she's never really taken pain meds before. Now I'm worried.

The only thing Loratab is going to do is increase the dose of acetaminophen she's already on and add hydrocodone to it. Unless she's allergic to opiates, she should be fine.

I texted Tommy & he eased my mind. The concern is, is she doesn't take meds, except for an occasional Midol, so I don't know what she can safely take. Stormi doesn't get sick or even have headaches worth taking anything for....she's only ran a fever a couple of times & that was when she was a toddler.
