trail speed limits in Ontario
Speed Limits

50 km/h - on snowmobile trails
20 km/h - on roads where the speed limit is 50 km/h or less
50 km/h - on roads where the speed limit is over 50 km/h

But open fields and lakes/rivers are WFO!

Doesn't look nearly as bad as going fast on a dirt bike on single track. Especially around here or any mountainous area where elevation changes are fucking nuts.

On trails, yes. Around ND it is 55 mph unless otherwise noted on trail maps or on the trails.
Out in the boonies, nothing really, but landowners can cause a fuss if they want, and fish and game can mess with you as well.

Mine tops out in the mid 90's right out of the box (snow conditions have to be perfect for that - mine isn't a race-ready sled). It won't get there nearly as fast as Apoc's though. My BIL's Firecat F6 will get there fairly quickly.

In NY the trail limit is 55. We have rules for everything here.

In my pic above, I have the analog on tach and the speedo on digital but you can swap them.

Funny pics/video of the cats !!

I would HATE to live around that much snow but if I did I would LOVE playing on those sleds...badazz !!!

I've only played on rented snowmobiles and even had a blast on them so I know I would on my own.

They've been doing over 100mph since the 80's. It'll easily hit 70-80 in the 1/4 mile.
