I agree. In his 2nd post, he said there are 3 sides to every story, but didn't go into detail. I posted in another thread that I don't see why it matters to him how well the other board does if he sold it. Only way it would truly matter is if he gets a cut or if the forum has to perform well for him to actually get paid...

Yeah but even if thats the case... TWF has over 19,000 members. And what, 80 or so of us registered over here? And maybe 20-40 of those 80 stopped posting and/or got banned over there. If he does get a cut by how many members they have over there, even if its active members, I don't think this forum made a big dent in it.

The issue isn't number of members, it's amount of activity. The majority of the folks over here were the busy posters (

) over there...
