too funny guys.

I don't have dies for 45, but I'm not opposed to it. I'd have to buy a gun that shoots it....darn.

I have the Taurus 24/7 pro 9mm and really like it although the trigger does have a lot of play. I have gotten used to it. It is too large however for me to carry so I keep it as a home defense gun. I also have a Kahr cw9 that I really like. It is a single stack so it is much thinner and easier to conceal. It kicks harder than the Taurus but is manageable and accurate. Might want to take a look at the Kahr as well.

They make purses that look like they have a flap on the front. Its the concealment pouch.

Yeah, that isn't going to happen with my wife. If she is to carry at all, she'll have to use a purse.

the smith I have had for years. it has never failed me and I've shot tons of rounds through it. trigger pull is very heavy. if you want to shoot slow and accurate forget it. if you want to pull up and shoot it is great. many gun shops won't touch it to change the trigger because of other issues.

Have either of you tried many different ammunitions? It would take some of the trial and error out of it for me if I knew what shot the smoothest and cleanest.

nothing fancy here, i usually run Winchester target loads through the SW and it eats them up just fine. I have run some remington through it as well and a couple boxes of hollow points. it honestly hasn't mattered what I loaded in it, it always fires. only drawback to it is the trigger pull.

reliability is right up there with a rock or hammer. it always does what you want it to do.
