I've had a couple in interesting encounters with camel spiders in the desert. One climbed around the side of the toilet once while I was in the latrine. Only time I've ever gotten up in the middle of taking a dump. Rough day, that one.

Reminds me of the time I woke up in the middle of the night, thinking the cat was messing with me with his claws on my bare back. Reached around, grabbed what turned out to be a scorpion, and tossed that thing right across the room.
