All these selfish idiots worried about radiation coming to the US...........How fucking stupid can you be. Maybe direct your "concern" to the people who are actually suffering?

If there is such a concern, then why wasn't anyone worried about radiation reaching the US when we bombed Japan?

Even if every single one of Japan's reactors melted down, the amount of radiation reaching the US wouldn't be dangerous at all.

Nobody really understood radiation when we bombed Japan. Hell, 10 years later we tested a bomb we thought was going to be around 5 megatons. Due to a lack of understanding on how nuclear reactions work it ended up being 15 megatons, America's largest detonation. The additional fallout we didn't account for ended up contaminating a bunch of people. That was just one incident but there were numerous incidents of accidental contamination because we didn't fully understand what we were dealing with.
