my first retic, and my 3rd snake ever, was 9 ft when I got it, later found out it was a sulawesi sp? this thing was so hit or miss. Sometimes I would try to take her out and by the hissing and posturing I knew not to go in the cage. But she did turn on me a few times, got a nice scar on the leg from it too. I also bought a 7ft burm, the pet store told me the PO didn trealy take care of it. We took it out and I was handling him for a good 20 minutes and was very docile. I came back an hr later to take it home and all hell broke loose. fdamn thing sprayed EVERYWHERE and made one hell of a mess. Now on top of that I have had an intrest in a green tree python Tom |

My larger carpet has caught me a few times, again all feeding mishaps. Once out of the cage hes completley fine. th efunny thing is the female has become agressive all of a sudden its more of a good thing since shes been eating quite regularly. I usualy slow them down in the winter and go every 14-21 days but this ones always reared up when I go by the cage. She gets so sporadic with the eating I have ot ride this while we can. i am sure come summer she will refuse meals for months at a time.
