Right, but at the same time, people have lost the ability to have class. They are now doing anything they can to walk the line with the specific purpose of offending someone else.

We don't know the full story behind this, sounds like there is more to this than we have been told though. Two of the kids were wearing flag bandanas on their heads. A head covering bandana is against that school's dress code. I am inclined to think the kids were causing a distraction.
