There's a big difference between a sword maker back then using all of time and sweet than some average joe's using a steel press.

I did watch a special on how ceramic knives were made. Very cool. The blades are made with machines, but every single one is hand sharpened by and expert. Might need to add these to throwing knives. LOL

I got a dao and a jian, both are very nice. I wouldn't use them for fighting though, they are old, plus mounted in frames.

My dad usually gets me an old sword that's native to wherever he is at, I got some really nice middle eastern weaponry.
