the 3 meg or so one in my Storm is good for impromptu photos... my Nikon D300 (DSLR) for when I'm out taking pictures... and my Nikon L1 (PS) 6meg for when I'm riding and stumble upon a cool shot.

how much of a optical zoom does that have? that's the only thing I don't like about the storms camera... Digital Zooms FTMFL

Slinging around your shoulder & shit? No thanks, I like stuff that can fit in a pocket. The only pocket an SLR will fit in is some gonzo trench coat with one of those umbrella pockets.

I prefer the Longer reach of the Lenses on a SLR if Need be and the Quality of the Picture...I have a P&S but I rarely use it
