To answer the original question, how can we be such silly freaks? Several answers come to mind, all can be applied here:

It in the gene pool.
Pussy is pussy.
A MILF is a great thing!
Being a twin and doing your brothers g/f's mom....what could be better?
Possibly swapping and not telling them about it, even better!
