I think it is all how you define terrorist and religious or political views are an aside. We have argued it before about how you define terrorist. Is it armed insurgency? Is it someone that preys on soft targets? Guerrilla style tactics verssus organized force.


I just dont think they use F15s, although they would if they had access.
