its beautiful! Is it a resale or did you buy it new? What part of town are you in now?

I was looking over at the DR horton ranches by Blue Diamond and Jones, hoping the prices would drop a bit more but heck if i can find something comparable for 116k, thats less than what i am paying for rent.

It's a full-size 2-car garage. The house is 1962 sq ft.

It was a foreclosure. I'm in North LV. There's a bunch more forclosures in this community. One right across the street already has everything we want to d to this place, like hard wood/laminate flooring, better cabinets and counter tops, too. And they're asking only $125k for it. They were asking $129.9k for our place. We also got 6% closing costs and the bank to pay the rest of our lease so we could move out earlier and not fuck our room mates over. We would've got our earnest money deposit back, and not spent a dime to move in, but it had to go towards paying the lease off. Can't complain though, the EMD was only $1k. Mortgage is $942/month. It's a townhouse.
