I am quite familiar with the HR lady at my work. I got called into today because I don't talk to a certain co-worker and she feels left out. I shit you not, they actually feel the need to have meetings about these things.

Working in a cube farm sucks. Working in a cube farm with women sucks more. Working in a cube farm with women who get away with complaints like this is torture.

What I dont get is peoples entitlement to feel offended over a stupid comment. And I mean on both sides. Kell for being offended she said it, and her being offended she got called out.

Im glad i've never had to work with women. With men, you never have to worry about this shit. If you complained about a stupid comment and got a coworker in trouble, you'd be made fun of till you cried or quit. Theres no reason to care, even a little bit, about what words come out of someone elses mouth.
