Well if that's truly the case, then maybe this guy isn't such a prize afterall (i.e. not a nice guy). If he just wants a psycho, then maybe he's a bit batshit crazy, too, in which case, he's not worth fretting over, ya know?

Oh it wasn't in reference to any particular guy. I stay FAR away from those with a psycho in their life.

Someone just emailed this to me. Old but funny.

A married couple is driving along a highway doing a steady 60 miles per hour. The wife is behind the wheel. Her husband suddenly looks across at her and speaks in a clear voice. 'I know we've been married for twenty years, but I want a divorce.'

The wife says nothing, Keeps looking at the road ahead but slowly increases her speed to 65 mph. The husband speaks again. 'I don't want you to try and talk me out of it,' He says, 'because I' ve been having an affair with your best friend, And she's a far better lover than you are.'

Again the wife stays quiet, But grips the steering wheel more tightly and slowly increases the speed to 75 He pushes his luck. 'I want the house,' he says insistently..

Up to 80 . 'I want the car, too,' he continues.

85 mph. 'And,' he says, 'I'll have the bank accounts, all the credit cards and the boat!'

The car slowly starts veering towards a massive concrete bridge. This makes him nervous, so he asks her, 'Isn't there anything you want?'

The wife at last replies in a quiet and controlled voice.
'No, I've got everything I need,' she says.
'Oh, really,' he inquires, 'so what have you got?'

Just before they slam into the wall at 85 mph,The wife turns to him and smiles. 'The airbag.'

Moral of the Story :
Women are crazy!!!!

I agree with tigger in the fact that everyone has played the asshole at some point... just like everyone has played the good guy/gal. just depends on the day/situation/argument/ect.

I keep a pretty even keel in my relationships and life... I'm an asshole about 50% of the time... but it's sarcastic assholishness... I rarely if ever do anything just to be a true asshole... usually it's just my sarcasm taken seriously.

I have though... done some pretty fucked up things by just being immature and not thinking them through... lost a couple girlfriends in HS just to me being a complete asshole and thinking they'd get over it. the entire time I thought i was the good guy

odds are from inside the situation you don't see what you're doing as being an asshole... all you see is the good things you do...

where as people who are on the outside... especially the ones who are envious/jealous of you... will see the assholishness you do and boom... you're an ASSHOLE.

Another point to be made is sometimes one person paints a glorious picture of themselves and tries to portray the other as an asshole... I'm not referring to anyone in this thread, but it does happen.

I can't believe that there is really any debate over whether Trace is a REALLY nice guy at all....

I know the man in real life. I have for maybe as long as we've been on forums, and have seen the trials and tribulations of his dating life. I can really say - I introduced him and Cari.

I don't think y'all REALLY know crazy until police orders are involved

It's along the lines of if I can't have them, no one can. And, it can be REALLY scary to be caught on that side of crazy.
