I must be in the minority here.

We will have been married 7 years this coming November. We have 2 kids, both still in diapers, and our marriage is stronger now than it ever was.

We'll hit 7 years (been together since 98) in July. Have a 5 yr old and a soon to be 2yr old. We hit a rough patch a few years ago but we worked through it and now we're better than ever.

We both had to get over some stubborness and some baggage.
