My sausage scoping days have decreased dramatically. Anyhow, I will probably go this weekend or next. They are open until 4AM on Friday and Saturday nights so maybe if i hit the bars (just 2 blocks away from the sausage stand and 4 blocks from my house) I will go there on the way home to soak up the booze. |

One is open in Coral Springs!!! Friggin SWEET! Honestly, I'm a pretty big health nut, but I'm actually more concerned with the ingredients (organic, no HFCS, etc) than the fat content. I'd be alllll over this place. Definitely gotta go check it out. Thanks for sharing!

I'll definitely go back. I assume you've been to Charm City? They may not be organic but they sure are tasty!

Haven't been to Charm City, but my co-workers go there quite often. I typically don't eat burgers at all (I could probably count the number of burgers I eat per year on one hand), unless I make them at home because I'm just that picky about what I eat. There's really not a burger place around that serves up something I WOULD eat... except it sounds like this Elevation burger joint might do just that. On the odd occasion that I DO want a burger, now I have a new place to check out.

made it to elevation on saturday. pretty good stuff!
for health nut place, i was surprised there was no wheat option for buns. the patty was very tender and juicy, not lean and flavorless as i was expecting. I dont recommend the "spicy balsamic" dressing for the side salad.
