No big deal, looking at it again, I can see how it could me misinterpreted. I'm just deaing with a throat infection and I'm feeling a bit cranky/combative today.

There should be two divisions - cleaned by maid, and cleaned by owner/renter.

Keep her for $70 every 2 weeks. When my mom was married to my step dad they lived in a big house also and paid abuot $75 every 2 weeks. If I could afford it, I would def. do it too. Now that my mom and step dad have split up, mom has moved into a much smaller house by herself (well, with my brother..who is a SLOB), the hosue is less than 2000sq ft. and she cleans it herself now that she is only on a teacher salary and hates it. She still does a cleaning every 2 weeks, but has to do it herself now. I say its well worth it for it to just be done all the time.

My exboyfriend's parents had someone who came in EVERY week. I think they gave her $75.00 a week for a regular 3/2 house. And she didn't even do the upstairs, only the downstairs.
