Thats a bit more like front page news. But thats the great thing about the internet. They can put up stories about anything right when they happen.

As far as this story goes I thought it sucked when I read the thread title. It might have got a Twitter or Facebook message about it early on. But once I read that he was drinking it changes things. I haven't heard for sure that he was the one driving, one story said they don't know, but even if it was someone driving that was there drinking with him it would be the same.

Now it would be sad if it was a sober DD that got carried away in the car.

Its just stupid. If you can afford that car you can afford a cab home or a room in a hotel down the street for the night.

6 drinks in 4 hours? Give me a fucking break people. Like 6 drinks got a man who was known for excessive partying for years, drunk. 6 drinks in 2 hours doesn't even get me buzzed. Doesnt help that im nearly twice the size of Ryan. But still, this was over 4 hours. I totally believe he was excessively speeding, and he lost control. Easy mistake... anybody can lose control of a car at those speeds. Trip and everybody else condemning him for drinking and driving, cant say a damn thing unless you have never had any alcohol in your system while driving any motor vehicle, especially a motorcycle. Especially when there is no tox report to confirm his BAC. Get a tox report to incriminate the man as drunk and I'll STFU.

Alcohol can affect people differently. He could also have been sick or tired. Anything that slows your reaction time and or decision time can be really bad at high speeds.

Most say they are fine and are not. Why even take the chance? Is it that hard for one person not to drink that night and be the DD? Is it that expensive for a cab that people can't take one rather then drive? Clipping one curb can pay for a long ass cab ride or s short limo ride alone.

And a friend said he had 3 beer and 3 shots. Someone else said he was wasted. He didn't look all that great in the picture that he posted but the story a picture tells can be much different a second before or after.

And I have never drove a car, truck or van, nor have I rode a motorcycle, peddle bike or even a tricycle while even a drop of alcohol in my system.

I have never EVER been buzzed or even close to it and driven.. I won't drive or get in a car with a person that has had 1 drink within several hours. I will fight someone if I am drunk (then runaway) and they try to get me in the car with someone that has been drinking. I have actually done that.

I don't give a shit what you say about he was an excessive party person and could handle that. That is more than the legal limit I guarantee it. 1 beer requires at least an hour.

It's all fun and games til you have a family member killed by some fucking dumbass who says they "can handle their liquor" and can drive with a drink or two.

I have very good reasons I don't tolerate these inconsiderate assholes.

Now if he was a passenger in his own car and the other guy was a sober DD then it changes everything.
