Well we are under contract...And settlement is the 28th of Jan...Short of the Seller completly turning into a Douch Nozzle...I'd say we got everything squared away.
Got the Home inspection done Termit inspection well tested and sepctic is next week...We are giving the seller a list of shit we would like Fixed...some shit he will probably overlook other things are essential to us moving in...But I have high hopes...So I'd like ot say its all mine...Lol

I got Este Lauder makeup bag full of new stuff, sock-slippers and a matching silver herringbone necklace and bracelet from my sister...my dad sent money for all of us but it hasn't come yet...Rob hasn't gotten mine yet, as we planned to celebrate late since the kids are in Nashville...I didn't get payed until today either, so haven't gotten his. Still up in the air about his, and it depends on what I find at Sears this weekend...we spent the day at his aunt and uncle's house and had a really nice time just hanging out in front of the fireplace. His mom got us both AAA memberships, which I'm using today to get the car towed in so we can fix it. His grandmother sent us a pancake/maple syrup gift set from our favorite family maple farm in the area...yummmmm...

Do the floors feel level? Notice any dips anywhere? Ackward weight distribution caused from the furniture or fat people + flex in the beams could mean that will be a crack you will be fixing on a regular basis. |

So I would assume that the crack was not caused by weight from ppl/furniture...I'm hoping to find out more today.
