Pffft...it was only 2 years ago. I remember the trip well.

I remember what size Sadie is....but I couldn't now...nor then tell you her weight.

That's cool Triple! I went shopping last night just at two local grocery stores and got 15lbs of meat for $12.00. That was without going to a market and getting scraps so this is actually very affordable. I fed them chicken leg quarters last night, sectioned into 4 or 5 pieces. My lab ate it down no problem, my Boxer looked at me like "WTF man?" He mostly licked it and the eventually left it. He also doesn't chew bones, or hasn't in the past.

Tried again this morning and he finally ate it all after chewing it really really good. I'm encouraged so far and plan to incorporate the veggies and other foods required by Monday.
