Don't know exactly where you're at on finding the tool but using Tigger's idea ......


Go to your local hardware store ( ACE Hardware has a great selection here ) and find a graded bolt with a 20 mm head.

Get two nuts to fit that bolt. "Jam nut" them together.

Place head of bolt into ducati part and your torque wrench/socket on the TOP nut.

Tighten to specs

Need my pay addy for payment?

This

I did this for the front axle nut for a R6 (except I TIG welded the nut to the bolt) but it worked like a champ.

Yea I have a bolt and nut "tool" that is well over 10 years old.
