I've also been having problems with vfrdiscussion.com For the past couple weeks it usually wont even load at night. Maybe I'm passing on some internet herpes.

Seems to be off and on for me - some pages load snappy, other times clicking on a thread the site will spin and take a minute or two to get a response.

Earlier this morning, it was slow like before. Right now, it's acceptable ( minor lags )

Do you have an account set up for donations to help with site costs? If everyone ( or at least most ) would throw in a few bucks, it could help you out.

The few dollars given to help out is worth it in entertainment

edit-----

WTF happened? I replied to RangerScott's plumbing thread and it took 78 seconds for my reply to post. After two minutes, I opened another window to post here because the previous tab I was working in is stuck somewhere on the website.

Indeed. Hard to bust someone's balls when it takes a while to get a joke out there

I opened up task manager, clicked on performance tab, then clicked resource monitor button. Once that was up, I clicked on network tab and just watched AVAST just keep sending and receiving like if I was downloading something. Um.......uninstalled.
