I saw the first few posts of this thread earlier, but haven't read the rest of it...

Congrats and any idea on what caused it? Curious if it's a genetic trait or another case of big tobacco getting owned by another statistic?

Congrats on the good news. Enjoy a long and happy life!

I also think that it is commendable that you didn’t allow the sickness overcome you or your life.
Yea that's what I'd been told in Mi but I kept trying and finally I got some results and, quite frankly, a doctor willing to take a chance and operate. It was still close... In all honesty, I was ready to die. I had it in my head that this was it and I was going to do whatever I wanted and live my life. I even tried to rejoin the military but they found out about the tumor and turned me down... Oh well, ha now I'll probably go out and crash my bike and get paralyzed or suffer some crazy death "Final Destination" style... I am going to the fair tonight....

My family has a history of cancer... I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, or really anything...

Ok...just kidding and this is good news man.

Glad to hear it.
BUSTED!!! You got me, I just want the beatings to stop!!! Shit, actually, my post count is gonna go way down! The chemo and depression were keeping me on the couch much, much more than normal! After this week my body should be done with "with drawl" and I should start to get back to "normal" and you won't see me half as much! Which is a good thing for you guys!

As for the money, you can always make more. Having your new lease on life may have you more energized than when you made it the first time.
LCCC in Chapel Hill. It was a pain going there once a month but they had a similar attitude about the situation as I did.
