I don't necessarily believe in Karma, however, I do believe in treating people how you would like to be treated. Call me close minded, old fashioned, whatever, but I like the person I am because I treat others with respect (until they lose that respect) and fairness. Maybe that's being naive, but I'm happy with the way I am, and I would rather have some people take (slight) advantage of my kindness then be a dick and go through life only looking out for number 1. It makes it easier to look in the mirror in the mornings.

I'm the same way... I try to give people the benefit of the doubt... However, given my job I've been lied to so many times that I cannot help but be cynical and jaded.

i think you misunderstood-carrying the book simply gave me the illusion that i was safe. its not like before i had the lil book i was crashing constantly. if it wasnt hot that day, id have had my jacket on, book in the pocket, and still crashed. it was my riding, not my lack of the book that caused the crash bro.

karma is the dumbest illogical idea thats still strongly believed in the world no matter race/religion/culture etc. i might piss off some people here, but think about it. karma makes no fucking sense.

the worse part about it, even after you give it a honest thought and admit it makes no sense-i highly doubt you will stop believing in it, because you think JUST IN CASE YOU'RE WRONG, THE KARMA GOD IS REALLY GONNA KICK YOUR ASS NOW! such b.s.

im not a bitter person, but i think, therefore i argue lol, karmas kinda like the religion vs. evolution thing. the bible(taken literally, as most ppl do) makes no more sense than karma, but ppl will support it to the death no matter how illogical it is. thats a different topic tho
