Where did I say you were black first of all ? I guess you don't understand the saying.

However it was more of a joke directed at Kell than anything. She called out the girl at work for making offensive remarks about blacks and making comments that reflected bad on her and then Kell herself makes these remarks to you that don't exactly reflect that well on her and then cracks on the whole state of Tennessee because of one person.

If someone in my office doesn't have the common sense to be professional and watch their words around me I'm going to say something.
If someone is on the phone with a client and in the background the client hears bullshit like "what am I, black", thats a potential relationship out the window. Thats money lost. Thats word out on the street that this office is filled with morons.
