I think that they should have Ben Spies take an R1 down the freeway as fast as he can until he crashes and set the speed limit 1 mph lower!

I can't speak for Kaneman but I've never seen any evidence that speed is a typical factor in open freeway/highway accidents. Now don't go throwing weather or non-open, four/six lane divided road situations at me. I'm sure that you know what I mean, I don't feel like breaking it down to the n-th degree with you.
