GT does around 50 on the hwy, accord around 25. I may try a few hwy runs on thebuell to see how its mileage is after. I think drewpy said he was getting close to 60 on his. Only bummer is the bikes take premium and the car takes the cheap stuff.

i'm loose-loose, bike gets like 28-32mpg, and uses premium
car gets like 35 and uses cheap gas i fill up every 2 days, cuz i ride about 45mi rd trip, and i get about 110mi to a tank. so i total i use more time/money commuting on the bike. but only bikers understand why it's worth it.

I haven't measured the mileage on the Buell, at least not that I remember, but it and my car both take premium and my car gets maybe 28mpg combined if I'm not too aggressive.

Sucks this year I probably won't be able to commute much on it, or I'll have to pick up a KLR or the like, as construction around the lake makes travel with anything less than a 4x4 virtually impossible. |

I can't believe how old this forum is already.
Through coon pictures era, the sportbikegurls wars, and the death of TWF.
