Google+ is my nightmare

I hated Twitter in the beginning. Somehow I didn't know about it all that early on. I heard ads for it and read about it in the paper. I checked it out and hated the color, the bird and and the short ass limit on the posts.

I dropped it after a few minutes. Months later I heard that my favorite boxer was on it and posted on it so I got back on. Shortly after he stopped posting. I was ready to leave until I found Coco. I stayed for her and now I follow 266 people. What I like about it is how athletes, people in music or movies and so on will post to random shit, answer questions from fans and so on. Its something they don't do on Facebook. Some will have pages but don't really post other then some pictures and maybe some info.

I still hate the status size limit but I do like it other then that.

even that is slowly being changed, the 5 picture thing at the top of everybodys page can be customized, and eventually people will figure out a way to put music on the page, all it takes is a smart 3rd part programmer

I am really digging the simplicity of it, hope they keep it that way. That's why facebook got big and why myspace tanked.

Thanks for the invite Trip. I'm in now.

But now what? The problem with the invite system is there are only so many people on there. Its kinda like being in the Playboy Mansion Grotto and and having the property empty because the house is getting fumigated.

Even if it ends up being good I hope Facebook still stays around. I can use Facebook, Twitter and Google+ (if I like it) all at the same time. Its not that hard.

I do like the idea of the circles. If you wanted to say some random messed up thing to a close group of friends you can do that without bothering the rest of your list or keeping it from them. If I have it right. So the things posted in a circle can only be found by people in that circle?
