The only thing I have against the game is that free roam is the lobby to get to the other multi modes.. it's damn near impossible getting people interested enough to play anything. They should have set it up so that you can just walk into a FFA or grab the bag game with other like-minded people.

This is exactly what was wrong with GTA IV's multiplayer and the very reason why I won't be purchasing this game. I'll rent it in the fall when I turn my GameFly subscription back on.

lol, dude, you can enter a multiplayer game anytime you want, it doesn't matter if people in free roam go or not, it still puts it together into a full game.

So I can walk up to the free for all sign, walk in by myself and the game will fill up? I have to admit I never tried that.. a friend and I were just trying to gather people to play.

So I played for a couple hrs over the weekend.... and I liked it a lot. I'm NOT a gamer, I pretty well suck at video games... esp when it's camera-this and steer-that, and then click these 45 buttons at the same time.... but this wasn't really too bad. I got frustrated a couple times and threw the controller at my boyfriend, but that's really neither here nor there

Finished the story mode today. Towards the end it was getting predictable, especially with the character change.
Now I just got to get to 100% completion - sitting right around 90%.
