You ever thought about contacting Honda about how many miles you put on this bike and had to do minimal repairs? I'm sure they'd like to hear it.

I hate to say it, but any bike with 177k miles is worthless. Would you buy it? I sure as hell wouldn't, esspecialy since I can buy a bike with a fraction of the miles for any price he would try to sell it. Granted it looks great, like it has been taken care of, but that is a shit load of miles. What could it really be worth as is before the crash? $1000? $1500? I just don't see it being worth that much

You can grab very clean 5th-gen VFRs for $3~4.5 grand all day long still.... gear driven cams, sounds sweet, capable, and comfy all day long.... advrider/fleamarket/bikes/....

Blackbird. The carb ones go for $3K around here, with the FI ones around $4K. Still a CBR, but smoother, faster and way more comfortable.

She's dirrrrty Poor thing But, this was the biggest part of the job that I needed to get done, so it definitely won't be long now! Gonna take it down to my buddies in Greenville, SC next weekend and he'll be able to tell me if it's salvageable or not, and we'll go from there. Either way, I should be back on the road again here soon!
