When I was tearing the motor down, there were several gears that required special pullers to get off, so I had the service guys at the Ducati dealer pull that one off too.

It's alot easier to take a handful of bolts to the hardware store to find the right size sockets than carry a complete motorcycle engine in. LOL

MSCDIRECT.COM has a 20mm impact socket item # 78885845 trick will be finding allen wrench to cut off to create your required wrench. still looking on the site though.

James, they used to say "Jerry Rig" (later bastardized to "Jury Rig") during the war from the use of "Jerry" as a pejorative term for German soldiers.

It seems all immigrants go through a hazing process in this country. I notice no one tells Polish jokes anymore...

And the gas cans taken from German vehicles by GI's were dubbed "Jerry" cans, because they were "german" (jerry) gas cans. It became a popular term for the old 5 gal gas cans everyone used for years after the war, which were copied from the german design.

It is a Canadian thing. We still say jerry rigged.
