hah this reminds me of when i first moved into the barracks on ft hood, it was about 3am and i couldnt sleep so im in the bathroom on a #2 reading a car and driver when out of the corner of my eye i spot something huge and black cruising towards my foot! quickly look down and its a (NO SHIT) 4 inch long pallmetto bug (looks like a giant roach) i quickly swatted the fucker under the bathroom door, finished my business and opened the door to find it waiting for me where i once again, rolled up magazine in hand, shooed his ass over to my sleeping roomates side of the room and went back to bed. never saw it again.

thing freaked me out worse than a dobson fly i swear

very small teeth along the front of the jawline but they are more to prevent escapes. they mostly swallow em whole

Well I just got the wall unit in my living room finished. A couple days from now, be able to decorate it, then once we move our current sofa/tv setup to the basement there will be a plasma or LCD in the center and audio/video equipment in the corner cabinet.

Its all oak on the wall with 3/4" thick backing in the center for tv mounting. Plus a channel behind a hidden face for wiring running from the TV location to the corner cabinet. A dimmer switch to rope lighting on the top behind the crown molding. Took 5 days to complete.

Also had a hole knocked out of the wall between the dining room and the same living room. All trimmed in poplar to match the door frame trim.
