We used to be down in the control room with the operators, those guys eat well when they aren't too busy.
What was worse was when they moved us upstairs, but we could still smell when one of them was cooking breakfast for the crew downstairs...
We, of course, were not invited >_<

Screw being invited, just pretend like you belong there and get some.

I dunno, trading fire with pirates sounds better than my current job. At least it keeps you on your toes.

Can't say I'd want to go to Tech, but last time I was in Lubbock, there was a favorable female to male ratio and a decent number of those females were attractive.

yeah, not sure about the whole lubbock thing, it would be pretty cool to see where you would go with the CG though.

ha ha, wish I didn't have access either though. If I go to the control room, it's not for a good reason.

Yeah, sometimes I have to go down there and have one of the operators let me in. Shame they aren't as eager to call us about food as they are to bug us about something they could resolve with a proper reboot or clearing their browser cache.

That depends entirely upon what you're researching.

yes, we operators are always having some good kind of snackage in the MCR (Main Control Room). However, the other day one of the guys made chilli in two crockpots. they both had pork in them, which I have never seen before, I mean they had pork and ground beef. was kinda strange. one of the crocks had a blazzin hot chilli. So hot that when you swallowed a bite you could feel it runnin down your gullet and then hit your stomach. The other was not so bad and didn't taste all that bad. However, the next morning when I got home I had to visit the toilet like 6 times in a full out run so I didn't shit my pants.
