Amals - Mikuni
Okay so Im tired of the EX250 being NOTHING but one big problem.
SO im going to ride the Triumph And put a set of Mikuni VM34 carbs on it No their not flat slides and yes their old ass hell But the reasons im using them: 1.I already have one 2.The Kit Sudco sells are VM32's 3.I use one and its easy to tune ^__^ No i just have a Question There are OEM Intake manifolds that i guess are used for conversions. and they are $24.99 Each (and their aluminum so they need a Dammed boot) And there is Also a Set of VM34 manifolds for an XS650 (they are like a dirtbike intake) http://www.sportingforless.com/Manif...etor-p/c14.htm Would those fit on the Bonneville? The XS650 manifolds might fit, but you need to check the "footprint" and the bolt centers- (the XS centers are 70mm)

Well Crap.
The Bonneville has 50.88mm bolt spacing. And the adapters Sudco sells are freaki $98 EACH! Anyone have sizes on the Speedmaster intake?

Are you guys talking about the hose (Yes..I said Hose) between the manifold and the carb inlet?
