Default Gloves

I'm looking at getting new gloves this season. Wanting to spend probably 100-150 dollars.

Top few contenders right now.

Held Thrux

A* SP 1

Fieldsheer Bullett II

A* are nice, but typically run ~2 sizes small. The Fieldsheer look like they have PU knuckle armor, which I like over CF, but the placement sounds strange. Have you tried them on to see if it works for you? Held are supposed to be fantastic gloves, but I've never had the chance to try them on.

I've heard the same thing...

I've gone SPIDI - and now won't ever turn to something else again. They are a bit more expensive, but last forever. And, fit like a glove should...

I need new gloves too. I'm considering Spidi and Held, maybe some A*.

I had some SP-1's. They held up very well but they do run small. Here is a shot of me wearing them with you in the pic T.

I have Dainese gloves (these.. I even bought them from CycleGear ). I tried a pair of Alpinestars but ended up returning them because in order for them to fit the length of my fingers, the width was too much, and they didn't have the velcro to cinch them down around the wrist (only the velcro on the gauntlet), so they would slide off very easily. The Dainese ones fit me perfectly, and break in very well. The pair I had before was the previous model of the same glove, and they lasted me for about 5 years of heavy wear.

I'm leaning towards Spidi Race-vent gloves.
