Mom confronts crooked judge
http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/us/...dge.cnn?hpt=T2
(if you remember, this is the judge that got kickbacks for sending kids to Juvi) Apparently, he took a wildly successful kid, and broke his spirit in the process of lining his pockets. The kid took his own life. The Judge goes home to his family.

When a scumbag abuses a position of authority, he needs to be made COMPLETELY responsible for the results. He contributed to the death of a young man, for money. Who knows what other lives he's ruined, for the same reason. He needs to rot in prison, and not some Club Fed, so that others get the message that this sort of thing won't be tolerated. The same thing goes for the other judge, who is involved in this mess.
No doubt both of them claim that imprisonment would be an undue hardship to their families, as I've heard the same from others in the past. To that I will quote a very leaned judge I once had the pleasure of giving evidence to: "You should have thought of that before you committed the crimes, of which you have just been found guilty." We've been dealing with a somewhat different situation up here, that has had similar results. A respected pathologist, who appeared as witness in dozens of cases, was found to have either falsified his reports or to have been just plain incompetent; Dr. Charles Smith. Several people have since been granted retrials, which The Crown has typically decided weren't worth the effort, because the only real evidence that a crime had been committed was the pathologist's report. http://www.torontosun.com/news/toron.../17042366.html

It will be interesting to see what his sentence ends up being.

That lady went crazy on him. Awesome. Won't effect that douche at all, he will probably find some way to justify it in his mind.

I hope it festers in his soul, and he takes his own life.

Too much to ask for.
A lawyer with a soul? Not likely. JC

If that is true and it sure seems like it is...
the man should rot in hell. They should charge him with manslaughter (at the least) for her son's life. Then the other inmates should rape and treat him like they do child molesters. F that judge! |

Judge is a scumbag no doubt. There is something fishy about the kids story.
I'd investigate but I recently had my feelings hurt |

I think that the deal with the Devil is optional, because I actually know 2 lawyers who apparently still retain custody of their souls. This guy? I would guess that he tried to weasel his way out of the contract, written in blood, as so many lawyers would try to. He should have gone the fiddle duel route.

I like how she was like "he was an all star athlete, then he met some bad people, he started doing bad things, then we called the law on him to scare him. FUCK he got caught with drugs and now he got screwed by a crooked judge. FUCK THE JUDGE!!!"
