Talent comes in all shapes and sizes. As a manager you create the environment that's going to maximize the potential of your employees. Looks should never be a metric.

That being said, I love eye candy in the office. Right now we are down to just two hotties on the floor, however its all business.

the last of our office eye candy quit last week. luckily 95% of my day involves driving through killadelphia so theres still plenty of things to drool over
