The Cos is in the PA state Capitol building right now. He's doing a presser with Guv Ed, touting Education funding and other bullshit. BTW, we are, I believe, the last state in the nation that does not currently have a 2009 fiscal year budget in place. We are 50 days over due. Shit is getting bad...but I digress.

I've always liked Bill Cosby. His speech was sorta funny. But not over the top.
