I'm torn.

You can't win, if you don't play.

Then again, you can't win if you do play.

I am debating 5, just enough to not make me regret throwing away money too much.

Good idea.

That brings the odds to 174.9 million to one, instead of 175 million to one.

ok, so my cousin sends and email, he has a lotto pool going and he's up to $170,

so i'll throw in $10. i send $10.25 thinking it'll cover paypal fee's. NOPE, he responds that he's got the $, but after fee's its only $9.65 to his pocket and he'll cover me for the $.35

honestly i don't like to leave things on the table, since that $.35 % wise could end up being alot of $ should we win

so i send another $.75 thinking it'll cover the $.35. nope not enough again...........damm paypal.......lol

their is a $.30 fee on top of 2.9%

anyways, is that weird that i don't want to leave $ hanging? my workmates think i'm crazy for thinking like that, they think basically 'it''ll come out in the wash'...........

Of course it's weird. Until the pool wins and you get sued for not putting in your fair share.

BTW, send the paypal as a gift and the receiver doesn't get hit with fees, or you have the option of covering the fees if paying by CC.
