sweet, so that fixes those problem, but does it help me stop smoking?

I tried it it, I had disturbing dreams (more so than normal) night terrors and depression. Good luck.

you know you'll hear this dozens of times but it is simply the truth. i quit 6 years ago, and last year my G/F who has no will power whatsoever finally quit.

you have to do it on your own. when you're ready to finally quit you will and you'll be able to do it without a crutch.

good on you to keep trying but I personally would not stop one poison by ingesting another.

One of my friends tried it a couple months ago. He said the same thing about disturbing dreams, but there wasn't any depression for him. It didn't do much to reduce cravings. He is still smoking.

Yup although the patch surely did make me not so pissy..

The last time I quit (haha) was 4 or 5 years ago and been smoke free since.

I quit cold turkey 10 years ago. It sucked and still sucks on occation since everyone of my friends smokes like crazy. You can use my technique and don't smoke for a month or so then get really drunk and bum a cig. If you get lucky you will immediately throw up all over the place and never want one again. Good times!
