Maybe they are, but it isn't necessary for the lawsuit Apple filed. HTC and Google could have sold one phone and they would still be subject to the same suit.

the iPhone really isnt dominating anything, its just got a cult following of retards willing to pay $600 for an ipod touch with phone/3g capabilities. its like all of crapples followers.

I'll keep my droid phone. I happen to enjoy it more anyhow.

There are older devices that had the same thing before Apple. They should be overturned and should have never been allowed to be patented in the first place.
