this sux
So yesterday was supposed to be a big spending money day for me. made a trip to lowes to choose a color/style for the flooring in the den/family area. We get that done and get enough laminate for about 3/4 of the job so far. That was more or less the plan so that went well.
next it was off to sears to get this http://www.craftsman.com/shc/s/Produ...atalogId=12602 I was prety psyched about finally getting this. there was a bit of confusuion on ordering it but the sales guy there took me through everything. I get my confirmation e-mail when i get home and figure alls good. then I am at work tonight and get an e-mail that due to the large amount of orders they canceled most of my order of the 5 pieces i ordered the one they are sending me is the one I need/want the least. I e-mailed them back seeing if I could wait on backorder or something for the pieces and will prolly hit that sears on tuesday to talk to the customer service people to see what I can do since I realy want this set. Sorry you are disappointed, but it gives you the oppertunity to build your own and save dough for other stuff.

sucks they had to cancel your stuff, but if I were you I would look at other less expensive brands anyway. Just a thought. Craftsman is great for tools because they are good tools and get replaced free. they don't replace cabinets free and their quality is on par with everyone else. Just their prices are higher because of the name.
or you could do like mine and scarf old cabinets from people's kitchen remodel jobs and paint 'em. |
