They need to do something, veteran leadership is def a help.

What they realy need is a general manager, Davis needs to step down and get someone qualified to run the team. Drafting QB's that can throw it 70 yds and having olympic sprinters as recievers isnt cutting it anymore.

Raiders got mcnabbs cast off in jason campbell. its an improvement over whats there (but thats not much of an acomplishment

) but it does seem like theyre drafting well this year so it gives some hope for the future.

Their defense should be good and if the offense can produce 17-21pts it might be a good year
