We had our big confrontation before and I hammered him. I called him on all his threats and he wouldnt come through. I also accused him of comming in the house yesterday and told him we knew he was in there other times. So he said ok when. I rattled off 3 other instances when I knew he came in and didnt tell us. He tried to say they were emergencies and I told him a leaky faucet is not an emergency. He also tried to bring up stuff about the lease and he was wrong. when he left he was first trying to be nice and like nothing just happened.
I do feel prety good (esp since I didnt hit him) not sure if he knows what were up to but after talking with our lawyers it seems his lease isnt worth the paper its printed on so were in prety good shape. Should be fun next week when he doesnt get the rent. tom |
