Honestly, I tried Sniper before, and its not worth 15$.

You'd be much, much better off getting Team Fortress 2 if you dont already have it, its only 5 bucks more and still the best shooter on the market today.

ummm, TF2 is not cell shaded. Its an older 3d shooter, and one of the best ever made.

Its not as bad during gameplay. Its not Windwaker style. Environments are 3d.

I honestly wouldnt waste money on Sniper though. It really, really isnt good.
