I just go outside to walk... But I know what you mean about sitting tied to a computer
 And now the uppity highs want to take away my afternoon break. Which is all of ten minutes- barely enough to get out and grab a lungful of fresh air. Not technically supposed to have it- but fuck 'em. I can't sit still hours on end.
