Did they offer bikes and gear to women in the crowd or something? They looked like they'd never ridden a motorcycle before.

They might as well have, endurocross is in NO way a woman's sport.

A few of them are quite fast on the enduro circuit, but as you can tell, enduro-cross is a little more difficult than your typical enduro.

What's worse(or better?) is that they are lightning on an MX course. Sure not as quick as the pro guys, but they'd lay waste to any "pro" local rider.
