Tricktape.com
Many of you may be familiar with Tricktape.com, and/or the owners, 'Rezin' and 'Lorilye.' And you may or may not be aware that they were involved in a horrible accident involving a drunk driver last year, which has subsequently nearly killed their business.
There was an interesting article a couple days ago about the accident, and the aftermath, and how it's affected Tricktape.com: http://www.philly.com/inquirer/local...d_on_line.html Quote:

I've seen the site a couple times but never ordered from them... nor have I heard anything about them. I'm looking to order some luggage for the trip on September... I may just do it through them... the prices all seem the same... and if I can help someone out... I'm all for it...

I hate hearing stories like this. Small business is what this country is based on and is what runs (or at one time did) this country. I hate hearing about a good small business having to close their doors. I want to see people succeed at what they love. Shoot, if I had the money, I'd buy somethings from them just to help.

fuckin hurts my chest cavity to hear shit like that.
on a regular basis bikers come into the ICU in the summer. I always make it a point to go in and lend what I can. Most vehicle trauma people can walk away from, but when cages hit a bike, they're almost guarentee'd a spot in a bed with a ventilator next to it. |
