Did they ever think that maybe those black students are just getting in more trouble. That they come from more broken homes and from a social gathering that places less on education.
I feel their inturpitation is a bit off. |

Agreed. If the study indicated some difference between punishments for similar offenses, I could see some outrage. But there is no data whatsoever about the actions that caused the suspensions and wheter other students received less punishment for the same or similar actions.
